Tony Stark, a play boy and a genius, is captured and wounded while he is in Afghanistan to demonstrate a new weapon released by his company. While in captivity he develops a first edition armoured suit and a new power source. Back home he perfects his power source and creates a new and improved armoured suit. He becomes Iron Man.

This is an excellent movie. Iron Man is one of my favourite super heroes and Robert Downey Jr. really makes him shine. This is one of the must watch super hero movies.

Dr. Bruce Banner, a scientist who become the Hulk after gamma radiation exposure, has been on the run from the government. He was hiding somewhere in South America, but now returns to the U.S. in hopes of finding a cure for his raging affliction, when a a scientist contacts him with a hopeful solution. But while working on a cure a nightmarish beast called Abomination appears, and he has powers that match the incredible Hulks own powers.

The Incredible Hulk is the best hulk movie at this time. Absolutely worth watching.

Thor, son of Odin, is born and raised as a king to be with all the glory that entails. This has made him an arrogant, carefree, party god. His father has gotten enough of his sons arrogant ways and cast him out to live among humans as a human. He will only regain his Asgard powers when he truly deserves it. Forces not from earth are sent to destroy him and the fallen God of Thunder must rise to the challenge and learn what it takes to become a true hero. It`s not only his own life that are in danger if he fails, but the humans he have come to like are in danger too.

Thor is a really cool superhero movie about the Marvel comic version of the Asgardian God of Thunder. A must see movie for any superhero fans.

Earth's mightiest heroes must come together and learn to fight as a team if they are to stop the trickster Loki and his alien army from enslaving humanity. With the backing of S.H.I.E.L.D they are rounded up in a team called The Avengers, consisting of six heavy hitters, Iron Man, Captain America, The Hulk and Thor. Supporting them are also Black Widow, Hawkeye and Nick Fury.

This is among the best superheroes movies Marvel has made. Probably because so many of them are tossed together in one movie.

Director Nick Fury is killed by the mysterious assassin and S.H.I.E.L.D. has been taken over by its enemies. Fury manages to warn Captain America, and tells him to trust no one. Captain America then ends up being branded as a traitor by S.H.I.E.L.D. Is he able to stop what`s happening to S.H.I.E.L.D. and turn it back to a power for good?

Captain America: The Winter Soldier is not as good as the first move. It has less story and more action. You should save it for a time when you are in mood for brainless action. You should definitely watch it if you are into superhero movies.

Peter Parker is bitten by a genetically modified spider, and he gets super spider like powers. He soon finds himself in a battle with the Green Goblin.

This is the first movie in the Spider-Man trilogy. It`s not as good as the new remake of spider-man, but it is still definitely worth watching.

Hal Jordan acquires superhuman powers when he is chosen to be a part of the Green Lanterns. He gets his power from a ring that lets him shape the power with his mind. Hal is the first human ever to be chosen to become a Green Lantern and he is instantly thrown into a fight with a new enemy called Parallax that threatens to destroy the universe.

I know many people hate this movie, but I actually like it. It`s not the best superhero movie, but I have still watched it twice.

Peter Parker is a High School student living with his uncle and aunt. After finding a briefcase left by his parent he starts to investigate their disappearance. This leads him to Oscorp and the lab of Dr Curt Connors. Here he acquires his spider like powers and and meet an formidable human-lizard mutant that wreck havoc in the city.

I actually like this new version of spider-man better than the old version.

The Pacific is a realistic portrait of WWII's Pacific Theater. We follow three Marine heroes, their company on their combats around the pacific ocean.

The Pacific is a realistic, action full, jet strongly emotional WWII story. It`s an absolute must watch show.

They are actually not similar at all. But there is one small aspect that has some similarities. One of the heroes from The Pacific that did exceptionally well in one battle was shipped back to be a public figure for the armies war bond public relations. Captain America also did this. Instead of going to fight for his country he was for a time forced to be a front figure for the war bonds PR department. And they are both set in WWII.

Agent Phil Coulson of S.H.I.E.L.D. recruits a new team to investigate strange and bizarre around the world. The Avengers is not apart of this show other than the consequences of their work. Instead we follow more ordinary humans but with great skills in their field as they take on exceptional cases.

This is a cool show, not among the best, but still good. If you are into the marvel movies then you should definitely give this one a shot.

Captain America is working for S.H.I.E.L.D. ... but he is not a part of the TV series.

A young Clark Kent struggles to find his place in the world as he learns to harness his alien powers for good and deals with the typical troubles of teenage life in Smallville. We follow Clark Kent before he becomes Superman and see how and why he becomes the man he later becomes.

I remember watching this when I was younger. It is a good family friendly show. It is interesting to see of Clark Kent was before he takes on is responsibilities as superman.

Oliver Queen returns home after having being lost at sea for five years and presumed dead. Oliver survived on an uncharted island, but he wasn't alone, and to survive he had to learn how to fight. Back in Starling City as a changed man, he has decided to right his fathers and all others corrupted fallout. He disguises himself with the hood of one of his first mysterious island mentors. Arms himself with a bow and high-tech gadgets. With this he sets about hunting down the men and women who have corrupted his city.

Arrow is a really good TV show. He feels like a mix between Superman and Batman.
