What they do not know is that Lucy is a Diclonius. Diclonius are mutated humans with horns and telekinetic abilities. Being different like this usually lands them in human experimental facilities.
Lucy have just escaped such an experimental facility. She has been kept there in captivity since she was born. She has been the victim of inhumane scientific experiments by the government.
During her escape, Lucy murdered everyone she crossed. Being tortured and kept in captivity since a child has made her a murderous menace.
But at the end of her escape, Lucy was injured. The injury left her with a split personality.
It was this other harmless childlike personality that Kohta and Yuka met when they took her int their home.
This act of kindness will change their lives. They soon find themselves dragged into the shadowy world of government secrecy and conspiracy.

Tokyo is infested with Ghouls living side by side with humans. They live in hiding and hunt in secret.
Kaneki survives being attacked by Rize, but not without severe repercussions. Some of his organs were destroyed, and the surgeon uses some of Rize's organs to save Kaneki since she died during her attack. Having Ghoul organs in him changes Kaneki.
Kaneki is now half-ghoul and half-human.
Now Kaneki has to deal with his thirst for human flesh and hiding his true nature. Thus begins Kaneki's quest to integrate into both Ghoul and Human society.
Is Tokyo Ghoul good?
Tokyo Ghoul is a dark and gory anime. It has an interesting story and good animations.
I really like this anime.
It's not among the best, but it's still absolutely worth watching. But if you have read the manga then you might be disappointed, or so I have heard.

Tokyo Ghoul is also a dark gory show with monsters that eat humans. The main characters in both shows are part human and part monster. Tokyo Ghoul has slightly less action than Claymore.
Tatsumi is a naive village boy that wants to save his village. He has trained all his life to leave his village to find a way to earn enough to help his impoverished village.
His naivety almost cuts his journey short as soon as he reaches the capital. A place that is full of thieves, corruption, and death.
Just as his journey is about to end Tatsumi is saved by the Night Rider group, a group of wanted assassins. And he ends up joining them and their cause.
The Night Rider group is a covert assassination branch of the Revolutionary Army.
The Revolutionary Army, including the Night Riders, aims to overthrow the evil Prime Minister Honest and all the corrupt nobility.
Prime Minister Honest control the child emperor as if he was a marionette. His greed is ruining the empire.
The Night Raids do their best by assassinating all that stands in the way of the Revolutionary Army. But they mainly assassinate evil and corrupt nobility and leaders.
We follow Tatsumi in his fight against the corruption and evil that infests the Empire. We see him learn about powerful magical weapons, fight enemy assassins, challenges to his own morals and values, and learn what it truly means to be an assassin with a cause.
Is Akame ga Kill! good?
Akame ga Kill! is a dark and gory anime. If that's your thing then it's worth watching. But it's not the best of its kind.
It's not unique or among the best, but it's still worth a try.

He's sister has turned into a bloodthirsty demon.Tanjirou swears to avenge his family and to stay by his sister's side and protect her.
Tanjirou will do whatever it takes to slay demons and protect his sister. He joins a mysterious group calling themselves the Demon Slayer Corps to keep his promises
Is Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba good?
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is actually a very good shounen. Shounen animes are often long dragged and mostly battles, but this one is actually able to keep it interesting.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is worth watching, but it still might not be the best choice if you hate Shounen or are new to anime and not a teenager.
Masane Amaha discovers that she can transform into a powerful being.
This discovery comes about when she is attacked by an advanced weapon that can disguise itself as a human being.
Masane destroys the weapon and thus becomes involved in a power struggle between powerful organizations.
They discovered that she holds the most powerful weapon of them all.

She shares her body with the soul of a mountain lion and she can take any form as long as she has some bones with DNA from the shape she wants.
Jane works as a freelance rogue-vampire hunter.
In this first book, she is hired to take care of a nasty rogue-vampire in New Orleans. When she is there she comes in contact with the vampire society and learns about the "sane" vampires. She also learns more about her own Cherokee heritage.
Is Jane Yellowrock good?
A great story and strong characters make this an excellent series.

Is Farseer trilogy good?
This is the first book in The Farseer trilogy, and it is very good. This series is among the books that are a must-read for any fan of fantasy books.
Rachel Mariana Morgan is a witch in her twenties. She is a part-owner of Vampiric Charms.
Vampiric Charms is a freelance runner and security service.
The other owners of Vampiric Charms are Ivy Tamwood and Jenks. Ivy Tamwood is a living vampire that will become a full vampire if she dies, and Jenks, a small pixy.
They used to work together at the vampire-run federal Inderland Security (IS). It's a police service for the supernatural.
Rachel, Ivy, and Jenks, decided to start their own company together, Vampiric Charms.
They live and work together from a decommissioned stone church. The church is in the Hollows district of Cincinnati and has an attached garden and graveyard. Rachel specializes in simple herb-based earth magic. The Curch garden is important for Rachels's magic.
Is The Hollows good?
Overall, an exciting, fun read, that`s hard to put down.
This is a highly recommended Fast-paced and captivating book series.
The Witcher follows the story of Geralt of Rivia, one of the few remaining witchers.
Witchers are humans that are magically altered to make them better at fighting magical monsters.
Geralt is a Witcher and a solitary monster hunter. He has to traverse a world where people often are more wicked and brutal than the monsters and beast he was made to hunt.
In the midst of brutal changes on the continent, Geralt's life is forcefully changed by destiny. His fate is tightly intertwined with two other people. A powerful sorceress and a young princess with a special gift.
The Witcher is base on a series with the same name by the Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski.
An excellent game series is also based on his books.
Is The Witcher good?
The witcher is a top-notch show from Netflix.
I relay hope they keep it alive for many seasons.
Season one was a little confusing with different stories on different timelines, but as soon as I got what was happening it was ok.
Henry Cavill does an excellent job as Geralt, a perfect match. And the show has some of the better sword fighting scenes than I have ever seen on a TV show.
The Witcher is a must watch show on Netflix

Geralt is also part human and part something else. He hunts monsters and is a badass warrior. The Witcher is a dark medieval show and its good.

Penny Dreadful follows some unique characters and some figures from classic literature. Dorian Gray, and Dr. Frankenstein and his monster are some of these characters.

Penny Dreadful is a psychological thriller filled with dark mystery and chilling suspense.
Is Penny Dreadful good?
Perfect atmosphere, dense, Gothic, surreal and unsettling. A really grim and fantastic depiction of Victorian London.
Some characters are predictable and dull, but many are unique and interesting with literate and dense dialog. And best of all, it has very few cheap jumps scares.
Penny Dreadful is absolutely worth watching. I love it.
