She is saved by a lone power mage called Void. Emily her self has magic power in this world, so Void swiftly sends her of to the famed magic school White Hall.

I like these books, but i kind of like magic school books for some reason. It`s interesting to see "modern" technology being introduced to a medieval like magic world, and the magic system is interesting and detailed. The main character is also enjoyable.

Harry's room is a tiny cupboard under the stairs, and he hasn't had a birthday party in ten years. But all that is about to change when a mysterious letter arrives by owl, a letter with an invitation to Hogwart, an infamous school for witches and wizards.

This is the first book of a finished seven book series about Harry Potter, the boy who lived. To be honest, I am not a fan of the two first books in this series, but the rest of them are absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended.

The Morganville Vampires is kind of good to be a teen age girl paranormal series. I did stop after a few books, but that was only because there where no more books at the time. I have no plans of taking it up again.

Her life takes a thrilling and terrifying turn when she discovers that the beautiful Edward is a vampire. They becomes lovers, but what Bella doesn't realize is the closer she gets to him, the more she is putting herself and those around her at risk. Deeply romantic and extraordinarily suspenseful, Twilight captures the struggle between defying our instincts and satisfying our desires.

Twilight is the first book in the Twilight Saga. I remember I liked the books, but they are not good enough for a reread. That might be because I am both the wrong gender and above the target age.

There are two races of vampires. One, the Moroi, are alive and wield elemental magical. The other, the Strigoi, are undead and evil. Rose Hathaway, a half vampire, is a bodyguard in training for her friend Lissa Dragomir, a Moroi princess. They go to St. Vladimir’s Academy, a hidden boarding school where vampires are educated in the ways of magic and half-human teens train to protect them.

Vampire Academy is actually a good teen paranormal romance book. I have actually read all of them.

This first movie is not that good. I like the movies best from three and up. Number one and two are a little childish. The best thing about this first movie is to watch Harry`s first experience with the wizard world.

Rose Hathaway is a Dhampir, half human-half vampire, a guardian of the Moroi, peaceful, mortal vampires living discreetly within our world. Her calling is to protect the Moroi from bloodthirsty, immortal Vampires, the Strigoi.

Sadly this adaptions of the book is bad. Only watch it if you love vampire movies or liked the books and don't mind a bad movie adaptions.

Twilight is an OK movie. Not too good, but not too bad either. It`s probably only worth watching if you like this kind of movies.

I remember watching this when I was young. I watched it on TV, so I missed some episodes, but it still was really good. I plan to get it some time in the future and re-watch the whole series. I remember having a teen crush on her so maybe my opinions are flavoured by that.

Elena and her brother Jeremy lives in Mystic Falls with their aunt Jenna. Jenna moved in as their guardian after they lost their parents. At her first day back at school after her parents death she meats Stefan, a mysterious new guy. What Elena dos not know is that Stefan is an old vampire. They gradually grow closer, until Stefans`s older brother, Damon, shows up and acts like an evil bastard.

I remember liking Vampire Diaries at on point, but then I grew tired of the show. It is a popular show, so you should probably give it a try.

Atsuko Kagari dos not come from a long line of witches like the rest of the students that enrolls into Luna Nova Magical Academy, she comes from an ordinary family. Her idol is still the world-renowned which Shiny Chariot, even tho most people lose their admiration as they grow up. The life at the Academy dos not turn out as Atsuko Kagari dreamed of, boring lectures, strict teachers and being mocked for still admiring Shiny Chariot and not coming from a magical family. When a rampaging dragon threatens the academy she see jumps on the chance to prove her self to the others by stopping it before it flattens the school.

Little Witch Academia is a funny magical school type anime movie that is worth watching. The TV series version is also worth watching.

Two groups have been at war for ages. The immortal bloodsucking monsters called Chiropterans and an organisation known as the Red Shield formed to track down these monsters and kill them. Saya Otonashiis a high-school girl who lives a peaceful life with her family. She sadly suffers from amnesia and can't remember the past year of her life. One day her happy life is destroyed when a man gives her a katana and she finds herself fighting Chiropterans.

Blood+ is a good anime that any anime fan should watch. People new to animes can also try this one out.
