Because of his helpfulness in the first case, and his personal relationship with the major, he gets permission to tag along Detective Kate Beckett and her team for researching material for he`s upcoming books.

Is it good:
It is interesting to listen to all the crazy ideas Castle rattles of for how and why crimes are committed. I really like this show, however I am currently a few seasons behind the current episodes. But I do plan to watch them when I get time. (I wish Firefly got this many episodes).

Both are about police consultants. Castle is an author and not as brilliant at finding details. But he is excellent at making fantastic stories of how the crime might have taken place.

Tv Show cover: Psych

Shawn Spencer posing as a psychic, he do this with his fail prof memory and excellent attention details. He and his best friend Gus is hired by the police after they manages to cons them into thinking that Shawn is a real psychic with powers that help to solve crimes.

Is it good:
Psych is a hilarious show full of witty commentary. I haven't seen the last seasons, but I want to do it if I get time. This is a delightful show that will give you plenty of laughs.

Both are about police consultants. The two main characters are almost identical. The main difference is that Patrick Jane is honest about not being a real psychic.

Tv Show cover: Numbers

Charles Eppes, a mathematician , and his brother, Special Agent Don Eppes teams up to solve criminal cases for the FBI together. Charles and his friends from caltech university uses equations to help solve various crimes.

Is it good:
This is a cool series. I have watched it a couple of times. It`s interesting to see how they use different algorithms to solve criminal cases. Like most shows they do simplify things. Some of the data points are way to complicated to gather in the time they do and some of the data is way to generalized to get so exact results as they get. I could keep going, but this is not important. This show still rocks.

Both are about police consultants. They are both brilliant at ther method of working, but it is drastically different.

Before this he was a detective at San Francisco Police Department but he was laid-of because of his problems. He later have managed to come back as an consultant.

This is a good detective show. I watched up to season 5 or 6, but then I fell of. But I have some fun memories from the parts I did watch.

Together they navigate a web of cryptic clues and myriad of lethal killers to get at the truth

Is it good:
This is the best adoption of the Sherlock Holmes books I have ever watched. It`s truly exiting to watch Sherlock's fast and leaping but accurate deductions. This is a show everyone should try out.

Both are about police consultants, and excellent at observing minute clues and drawing mostly correct conclusions.

Tv Show cover: Elementary

Elementary is a modern take on the classic stories of Sherlock Holmes. Sherlock is now living and working as a detective in New York, although he lived and worked in England earlier. It`s not the best Sherlock series, but it is still a good show. Interesting to have a female Dr. Watson.

Is it good:
This is an interesting show, lots of cons and tricks. Cool to watch. If you like crime shows, then you should give it a try.

Both are about police consultants. Patrick Jane is not a criminal, but he is, or was, a kind of con artist.

Is it good:
I like it, a cool show. Not only is the show about catching criminal, a second thrilling plot line surrounding Elizabeth Keen is also in play over the whole show. It`s cool to watch world wide criminals taken down. I wonder if there exist people similar to Raymond Reddington, that would be scary.

Both are about police consultants.

Lucifer is so smitten with this detective that he decides to join the LAPD as a consultant using his skill to draw out people's deepest desires and wishes to solve crimes.

Is it good:
I love this show. I know it`s jet another crime show with a specially gifted but flawed main person, but I still like it. Some people get in a fizzy fit because the TV show goes to far away from the comic it`s based on, but I have never read the comic books so I don really care about that.
